This NDIS funded community research program, matches young people with autism with suitable & appropriate job and training opportunities with inclusive and positive employers.

The University of Sydney’s Brain & Mind Centre (BMC) is driving an evidence-based program that will not only deliver ground-breaking research but provide a valuable report for employers looking to Switch On to the potential that a diverse workplace can bring to their business where the workforce feels valued, respected and has access to equal opportunity.

ND Australia is helping to connect dynamic and forward thinking employers to the program, to participate in the first documented research in Australia that delivers effective methods for getting people with autism into work.

Our program will promote an inclusive environment and ensure workplace readiness. This ensures productivity isn’t compromised and mitigates any possible discrimination and negativity in the workplace.
